Just wanted to take a moment to thank Todd Carmichael and the La Colombe Coffee Roasters crew in Philadelphia, PA for taking time out of his and their busy day Tuesday to show us around. Having an opportunity the hear, and learn, from an industry expert only increases our passion to continue to up our game. We enjoyed a private cupping session, tour of their roasting facility and plenty of time for questions and answers. Truly an inspiring day.
